Work on the Core

If your core isn’t strong, you can be pretty certain that your coordination and balance will suffer and your posture will suffer, which can result in injuries during your workouts. So never forget to work on your core and build up all of the muscles in your abdominals and lower back. The more muscles you build in these areas, the higher your resting metabolism will be and the more fat you will burn to get rid of cellulite.

Knowing what exercises to perform on a regular basis will give you the tools you need to fight cellulite before it forms. From lunges to aerobic activities that burn fat, the key is using a combination of routines to get the fastest results.
