A lot of times it is hard for us celebrate “small accomplishments” when we are focused on the journey to our “big” accomplishment. In weight loss and fitness the big goal can seem so far away. It is so important to be proud of our day to day goals. Completing your workout for the day when you didn’t feel like it- WIN! Eating that healthy dinner instead of going through the drive thru – Celebrate!
When maintaining our fitness our success truly depends on our small decisions. Every meal you eat – every dessert you resist – every workout – even not quitting the last 5 min of that spin class. IT ALL COUNTS!
So be proud of those little decisions! – they make the finish line possible.
